Does anyone know of some nifty software for this? I'm toying with the idea on writing one of my own, but don't wanna go and do it on a place like the unending BE addventure...
Someone suggested making a wiki, but I can't help thinking that there should be something easier? A light program or something.

... That, or write it in a python script but that sounds annoying as hell as I don't have it on my windows computer.
