So I finally got around to getting this game, and after an hour I've noticed something a little unsettling.
Team Plasma's logo is the Chi Rho symbol.
TEAM PLASMA IS THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.
Other than that it's pretty decent so far, the presentation and animation is okay. But I'm still prefer the oldschool Pokemon games, maybe that's just nostalgia but there's a simple purity about a game simply about a 10 year old kid given deadly animals and sent off alone in the world to take on a vast criminal organisation and become the bestest trainer ever. Or something...
