This past month I got a gig as a full time Graphic Designer for a company that preforms testing on metals for the Aircraft, Auto, Medical, and Nuclear industries. Its not an animation gig, but it strongly relates to my associates degree of multimedia. So far my supervisor like the work and feels we are head of schedule in what i have created so far for the company. The bad part right now is Army OCS is not working out with my current plans in life.

This past week I submitted my request to get out of the Army OCS, I no longer have the desire to become an US Army Officer. If I did I would have to put things in my life on hold while I do more training for the army an I dont see that happening with my plans as of now. Currently my contract has me in for OCS only and it ends March of 2012. So I am looking to see if I can get an early out, I have no MOS with the army and with ten months left I have no plans to re-enlist.
Today I have to drive up to the base for this drill weekend and submit this paper work to withdraw from the program. I hate that I had to take time off from work to do this and I dont know what this week has in store for me.

Good note my request for time off to go to AC has been approved. I will be there with voodowolf, Darc and crew!
