2 months ago, 4kids got sued by TV Tokyo and Nihon Ad System then they took the rights to the series away from them. And later they're ending up for chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Currently, we have a Saturday morning block on the CW and it's called "Toonzai" (Still CW4Kids) and a anime streaming site called "Toonzaki".

The only thing I want to see come from the destruction of 4Kids is a proper re-dub of Sonic X with the original music and scenes in tact. But, like the revival of Mighty The Armadillo, while the possibility is more then there and the fans would unanimously rejoice, I doubt SEGA would do it.
