Had a bad day, you know that already.
Went to play TF2, because I wanted to blow someone up.
I *normally* (read: like 95% of the time) play medic. Ingame is Dr. Morris. I literally play medic every day.
I was NOT in the healing mood. Rolled Pyro.
#1 ViP on my team every single round, for over two hours. one game I was at like 40 something kills, person at spot #2 was at 17 or so.
I spat shit, and then i burned their faces off. Felt good. Cussed at them all and then logged off. Probably not the most humanitarian thing to do, but I got dealt a crappy hand in life today and needed an outlet.

At least it wasn't torching people for real... Though maybe not the most "humanitarian" outlet, it is at least less violent in the longrun. And, apparently effective? ^_^

Video games really do help.

Yea, when you can't burn people's faces off for real, video game alternatives can make a nice supplement.
