Looking for artists who do/won't mind drawing "Power armour"

At affordable prices, I'm looking possibly for something that won't end up in the 100 dollar range, 80 would be pushing it, hell anyone who is up to it would be welcome.
I'm mostly looking for somebody who wouldn't mind/already does - fit the following.
- Is willing to draw power armour
- Is willing to draw a naga in power armour
- Is willing to use their own style as well as interpret commissioner feedback
- Doesn't mind making some lightning effects/tesla coils on the armour
If anyone's got any recommendations that would be awesome, if anyone's looking to take commissions now and do them and thinks they want to do this that would also be awesome.
The idea comes from Champions online, where the joke became a plausible part of story. If rubber rubbing on rubber, as two layers, on the scale of the size of a naga's body, was to generate a charge, wouldn't it be a pretty big static shock? :P
Regardless, I always liked the idea of electricity as a weapon.

I LOVE working on sorts of armor.
As I'd said to another friend who commented below, my main fear in asking people for it would be that I'd ask for a sketch+colour etc from an artist's 30 dollar range or something, but they'd freak out about power armour and say how it'd end up being more detailed than normal, requiring more money. I've asked people in the past and found sketches that would have more detail in them from the same category of pricing as the one I'd ask for. :P
Well I'll keep an eye open for a spot from you, I can always get more than one picture :P
Also wondered whether I'd ever see the day that somebody would say "Naga please" lol :P
And will do, I'll shop around/take a look around, and see who'll do what. My main worry was that I'll go to somebody, ask for a 30 dollar sketch+colour commission and say I want power armour theme, and on instinct they'll demand more cash even if it doesn't end up with any more detail than something of the same price in their gallery :P
Yeah I can only really get something semi-beginner-decent if I'm truly inspired for hours lol.
The plates themselves would have tesla coils maybe on the elbows and four large ones on the upper torso on the back :)
And mm, any existing, I kinda imagined it as like smooth, round-ish kinda silver plates of armour, segmented in different parts for flexibility but a little more detailed around the head area and stuff :P
So I'd say use your own style for it as I don't think there's any existing thing like it :P
Maybe the eyes on the armour would be a solid yellow and glowing, if you do want to colour it :P
it'll be cheap for three reasons.....
Reason 1: I'm not the best artist and I could use a challenge to improve my skill.
Reason 2: I love powered armor.
Reason 3 : I love Nagas
