It's been Fourteen long years. FOURTEEN... And now... The Duke is back. For you new age gamers out there who think that if it's not Call of Duty then it sucks... Well, feel free to skip the rest of this journal, you wont understand. I played the originals, all of them. I have been playing Shooters since the time of BJ Blastowick, Blake Stone, and of course our dear old forgotten friend Duke Nukem.

So I've read your bad reviews, I've played the game, I saw what people were complaining about. This is Duke Nukem, if you expected prim and polished PC Bull shit then you bought the wrong game. If you bought this game expecting a down and dirty, raunchy expose of everything bad about pop culture... Well you at least knew what you were getting into.

I expected a FPS that looked like Duke, but had been raped by the modern game factories, but no, I got a Duke Nukem Game and I'm happy about it. Will it ever live up to my memory? Probably not. Will it manage to topple the FPS Giants? Not in todays market. Will I play it more than once? Quite probably.... But the most important thing of all... Can I call this a Duke Nukem game.... Your damn right I can.
