Besides wage differences, there's one thing that bugs me.
Why is it acceptable for women to wear even the most eye-catching earrings they want, but a guy at the same job can't even get away with small, barely noticeable earrings?
My managers told me I have to go trade out my rings for even less noticeable studs until my 3 month healing process is up so I can stop wearing them at work. At least they're that nice, but I don't see why I can't wear em when my general manager was wearing big ass hoops while telling me this D:<
They're lucky I didn't get 0s x3

PREJUDICE = everything else ie handicapped
and it kinda all depends. If you're in a wheelchair, you're not gonna be able to do a job that has you doing something like moving furniture, y'know? If you're incapable of doing a job, for whatever reason, then that's different.
And if you've got down syndrome or some shit, you're not gonna get hired doing a job that takes a lot of communication or helping customers, because you're incapable of proper communication.
WRONG SO VERY WRONG
Go to Decatur IL, go into Walmart in a wheelchair, get the 1st interview, never hear from them again.
I would love to see an undercover sting exposing these people.
You're just making excuses for THEM now.
