i really really just want this to be over with so i (and the others involved) can move on. this first long passage is what i wrote yesterday after court.
-im keeping this to the point, but i applogize for the length of this.
this took place 5 am this morning in SMALL CLAIMS COURT, as to why will be explained at the bottom.
the man Jonathan Williams was mentaly handicapped and was in his early fourties, he will be fined (i have bad hearing, i thought they said 4000, but it could be more) , charged, put through intense therpy and moved back in with his parents/caretakers, - i dont know the details of HOW but he wont be able to adopt animals-
they seized his computer and found a string of porn websites that he has been paying for, they listed the relvant sites (such as zootube?) but i am not familar with anything they mentioned, he was also possessing pictures of woman possing with animals. (they showed them in the court room)
the dog Saber was an 11 year old golden retreiver, he had stiff hips and his pelvis was pushed up, but this was due to his age. he had a akwardly formed eyesocket causeing a him to squint and have a build up of crust. this was from birth. he also had a rampid infection caused from a tare in his rectum. the skin around his nails had been licked back, not the owners fault. his jaw was not a recent break. his anus had received tramua and not much was mentioned about the dogs gentials, besides that he had a UTI. he was under weight but had food in his stomach. no mention was made to the dehydration.
Saber was put down wensday night after they tried their best to help him.
Jonathan started to cry as the vet spoke, and again when i made my statement, he didnt understand the extent to his dog's injuries, he thought it was due to old age.
the man denied ever saying such things as "he has a tight ass" "hes a hottie" since we do not have cameras in our shop, theres no proof that he ever did besides me and my boss's ears.
this is what was said after the vets statement and after i was sworn in.
"samantha you are the groomer correct?"
"correct"
"you were attending work at (the name of my shop), on wensday the 15th"
"yes"
"then you were to bathe Saber correct? please tell us what you witnessed"
"yes, when looking down at saber nothing appered to be wrong, when i went to pick him up he yelped, so i set him on the table and examined him, finding his lower left jaw seemed to be seprated from the right side, his nose was pushed to the right side, i then checked his gentials, seeing the skin appeared to be cut back and was swollen and infected, the penis of the animal was covered in dry blood, moveing behinde his anal glands appered to be impacted and the anus did not look normal. i checked over his nails next, they were managed but the skin around it seemed to be pushed back. while i was looking him over i must have frightened the dog and he tried to releive himself, he started to cry as it pained him to do so"
"and then you called for (my boss) to show him what you uncovered"
"that is correct"
"thank you that is all"
by 7AM we were permently dismissed. the was NO press coverage since it was small claims court. it would be bad publicty to - our bussienuss, and to mentaly challanged people owning animals. not many of you realise how MINOR my part is in all of this. our part is done, im sure more will happen between him and the vet since alot of the injuries were un answered (jaw, anus, penis)
after court dissmissed the parents of the man approched us. asking for the price of any damages since they feel like its 'their fault' , we told her she didnt owe us anything and then she paid the vet, with a check for the costs of when they had to care for saber. but again she approched us (boss and i) about money she could give us, again we deined and she told us how sweet the dog was when they were younger, when jonathan said he loved the dog they never thought this, how they will be paying most of the fines.
im sorry i have no 'hard' proof of any of this. i only signed some papers in court promiseing to not relase any information to press. i do not get a copy of this paper. tommorrow i would have taken a picture of the card (since hes been boarded before all of this a year ago) but im looking foward to this being over with. after court i had to speak to a cousieulor and im looking foward for things being normal again and for this to stop being dragged through all of this. i also did not have my phone in court, i didnt have anything, it was all taken from me and stored when i went through secuirty.
so, no 'hard justice' was served do to his illness's, so it seems by the 'website list' hes not a member of FA, no mention was made if he was a 'furry' or not.
my boss, jury, vet, and myself are convinced he had sexual contact with his dog. but it is out of my hands now.
i was also forced to sit through two sessions of counsileing.
i cannot really answer any of your questions, everything i know is written up above. i also will not be disclosing where i work to anyone. i cant stress enough how MINOR i really am in this. none of you seem to get that, i dont own the shop, im not the vet, im literly just in the background of all of this, do i have every single record and detail on this?no, i am not a judge, a police officer, hell even my BOSS is in the dark.-
now today i went back to work and my boss's wife and the co owner of our establishment went around into every room to burn sage to 'cleanse' the work place, lit candles in every room and then, removed all things that had to do with the subject (such as the kennel cards) to "set him free" (so i was basically chokeing on sage today, but you know what? whatever makes her and my boss at ease)
and a final note, against my will i took a picture of the kennel card, i really dont feel like i need to post it, its seriously a peice of yellow cardstock with the dogs name, the owners last name, the breed and the in and out dates. but right now i will repeat.

Yes, stuff like this does happen. It's sick, and there are laws to deal with it. Why is it necessary to defend stuff that's made up? Fake events undermine your case when they're debunked.
Whether this particular story is made up or not, the fact is that stuff like this DOES happen, and it's still sick. And it did shed light on who some of those members of FA are that think it's totally okay.
THAT, was your last post. Apparently after reading this, you say it's justified to lie about an incident like this as long as it makes people aware. How about I make a lie about how you where brutally abused and rape by a group of men. Oh it's a lie, but at least it makes people aware of the atrocities of rape.

and small claims court is only for Civil matters not criminal and there are no jurys in small claims only witnesses and other people who have small claims set with that judge that are usually in the room and their witnesses.

Look, even if you made up the animal abuse from the previous journal, at least that was a good "rallying cry" against real and terrible animal abuse that does occur.

My point was, whether or not the initial post was a lie, it wasn't taken as one, and it did good. Now that it has been revealed that this person is, in fact, lying, it has made everyone who linked and talked about the initial post look like a fool.
For the "crying wolf" analogy. Saying you saw a wolf in the woods, while a lie, will get the villagers to be more on guard against wolves, and so can be said to be good. However, saying the wolf tried to burn down your house will show that you're lying and will make the villagers doubt your first claim, and likely lower their guard. Which isn't good when there are indeed wolves in the woods.
Basically, this person should have quite while they were ahead, rather than spin a more elaborate lie that got them caught, and made everyone who supported them look like idiots.

Small claims court handles civil matters, not criminal ones.
They don't take phones away from people when you go into court.
There is no court in the entire world that I know of that operates at 5AM. They all typically operate during business hours.
You might want to do research a little more before you post lies.
It would be nice if, for once, people would take the reasonable and appropriate action in response to something that's (ironically) the by-product of that.

in all seriousness though, you had me going, but obviously with this entry there were a ton of inaccuracies here and it's a shame.
dogfucking is a pretty serious allegation, an even more serious crime, and you've fucked up hard here by stringing together people with a fake sob story to garner viewers while the actual act is going around unnoticed and unpunished.
Abuse and Guardianship cases are not handled by small claims courts. And usually take 4-6 months of investigation and interviews and meetings with Mental health treatment and causes leading UP to said event to be processed as evidence and used. Not to mention the examine that has to be carried out by a DOAC Vet to determine if the nature of the case is Neglect or sexual abuse so that it can be presented to the city prosecutor to be used as evidence. The initial court date is not in fact a trial and most of these cases don't even go to trial. At an initial appearance, the defendant will usually be presented to an appellate court judge to make their plea of guilt or innocence in the charges against them and determine if the defendant is a flight risk and will set bail. Or in some cases, hand the defendant over to Mental health authorities or into the care of family.
Then, after that, it would be between 6-12 months before the case went to trial.
Second, you don't don't go into court at 5am and be on your merry way by 7am. Most state functions don't begin until 9-10am and I've never been in court for less than 7 hours. And that was a small insurance claim.
I think there may be some colorful imagination at work here.

If you read the journal she's saying she was there herself. The information she is claiming to not have was contact information and such for the owner of the dog. That has nothing to do with the fact that she's lying about the court, the ammount fined, and the ammount of time it actually took her to be seen and have the matter done with.
She claimed that she testified -- at a small claims court case. This would not be a small claims case; that is for claims over money. If it were an issue of whether or not the vet/grooming co. was paid, she would not have been asked to testify. It would have had nothing to do with her, and the issue of the abuse of the dog would be totally irrelevant. It may have been mentioned, but no one would have expected the OP to testify as to the condition of the dog.
If she somehow managed to call it a "small claims court" case by accident, which most people seem to doubt, there is no way this would have been investigated and prosecuted within a matter of days; the "trial" would not have occurred on a Saturday in the very early morning.
The point is, a lot of people seem to be crying "she made this up for attention", and they are outraged because they feel like they were fleeced. I don't think anyone is "trying to get a rise out of her" for harassment; they want answers, and they aren't getting those answers.
It is a mystery, and a frustrating one. You can't blame people for being frustrated and wanting to have closure after she dragged them into it.

And people want answers as to why the story doesn't make sense. I understand that you feel for her, but the reality is that she very likely has made all of this up for attention, and white-knighting for her isn't going to do anyone any good. People are upset, and I feel for good reason. If you aren't, that's great for you, but while you're welcome to have the opinion that no one should care, I'm afraid it's one a lot of people probably will not share.

Say someone posts a story like this only its, y ou know, actually true? How likely is anyone going to believe them or even care now that they know there's people fucked enough in the head to lie about it? Just because it raised a minimal awareness to animal abuse doesnt excuse that this person lied. An Actual case of abuse comes along and everyone could care less because someone is probably lying to them again. The argument that "BUT THIS STUFF ACTUALLY HAPPENS" also doesnt work when, you know, the story is a lie. How are people meant to get behind a cause for something that actually happens when the story that rallied them to give a shit is a lie?

Its only been a few days, this sort of thing takes weeks, months, sometimes even years to be processed and sorted out. Small Claims Courts CANNOT PROCESS CRIMINAL CASES.
this isnt really about the story she told in her last journal. its not that she has no information. People are thinking she's lying because of what she is claiming here, and even if she is making mistakes with the claims court and the mishearing of the fine, its only been a few days. once again it takes much much longer than that for our justice system t o sort shit out. plus, even on insurance claims as someone stated above, the trial takes way longer than two hours, and to the best of everyones knowledge courts do not open that early. they operate normal business hours.
I've been through legal trouble of my own. They wanted to take me from my parents and my brother and I had to go in and state that we thought the accusations were false. Thats it. They were reviewing what was claimed, andt hey had us state we thought they were false. IT TOOK HOURS. HOURS AND HOURS.
Let's see, uhm... Her boss and herself (stated as "we") were dismissed at 7AM... this is because well, durh. She said they weren't needed after statements were made, they played a MINOR role. Therefore why should they sit in court the whole time?
As for the fines, I'm pretty sure she just heard wrong. :/ Let's see if I had to wake up, go to court and have to deal with such pure bullshit I'd be more nervous than anything and if anything I'd be too tired and worn out over the stress of it to even hear. But considering she said she was dismissed at 7AM, she could've just heard it through the grapevine and someone told her the wrong information. Simple.

I would give you the "she possibly misheard the fine amount" and "they didn't need to stick around forever"; however, there is very little chance that they would have been in court so soon, in a small claims court to boot, and at 5:00 AM on a Saturday, so that's where a lot of us still stand on the "this doesn't make sense" front."
This case would not have been put in front of a judge within a matter of days. Investigations can take weeks or even months. And it wouldn't be in a small claims court. And if it HAD been a small claims court, as she claimed, she would not have been "called to testify". The whole story is completely made up, and she didn't even do her research first.
That said, I worry that the two points that have you confused are actually the only two things I could actually conceive as believable (if horrible). It's astounding, but not the parts of the story that had anyone else crying BS.
I understand the reaction you had. "Why would she make this up? I don't believe it!" But unfortunately, it's a lot easier to accept that the story is completely full of holes than it is to know automatically what her motivation was for doing so.

She intended to generate several dozen posts and a tractable level of attention, all being a single stepping stone on her journey to becoming popufur. Instead this story spread like a wildfire and people got emotionally involved; the attention shifted away from her and the lie took on a life of its own. She panicked after the thread caught the attention of the cynics, who pointed out reaches and inconsistencies in her story, as well as some ulterior motives she might have had in posting it. She then tried to placate the situation by posting this current journal, which backfired miserably due to exponentially worse reaches and inconsistencies that she added to the narrative.
Just wait, this this the internet; she'll be back to posting mediocre art within a week, acting like this never happened. However if KajuQueen has any thread of decency in her body she would apologize.

Yes it does happen. A furry did it (and I am sure other furries have/will do it) but that in no way makes all furries dog fuckers as the popular consensus believes. Most cases of animal abuse involve "normal" people who probably don't even know what a furry is. And it certainly does not excuse lying about animal abuse.

Saying that this lie hurt nobody is a bit of a stretch. Lies always hurt people because lies treat individuals as a means to an end, rather than an end in of themselves. However, I think a discussion of normative ethics is beyond your mental capacity and is slightly tangential, so allow me to put it into concrete terms: A lot of people, both pro and anti bestiality, got involved. By lying about this KajuQueen, whatever her motivation was, undermined the credibility of the people who argue against animal abuse and gave people who defend animal abuse ammunition to use against their detractors.

To answer your question, KaijuQueen basically gave dog fuckers a convenient and easily defeatable target. Someone animal abusers can point to and say "this person had to lie about the harm animals experience at the hands of dogfuckery in order to advance her position. Therefore, all of our detractors are either outright lying or at least being hyperbolic." This is a weak argument, yes, but it is something that animal abusers will use to shore up their positions. This will burden those who argue against animal abuse with another layer of fallacy that they need to cut through in order to attack the very heart of animal abuser's arguments. With the already extreme level of spotty logic that animal abusers use to defend their selfishness, some might simply give up arguing against them with the fallout of KajuQueen's lies stacked on top of that. You can look at this as running hand-in-hand to the loss of credibility I was referencing.
Don't pretend for one second that KaijuQueen made up this lie to bring attention to animal cruelty. She made it up to bring attention to herself and only herself.
