Whoo after working at it for a good bit i finally got a feel on how to make a decent animated icon.

@_@ took an hour to get it below 50kb.

Welp besides the low quality and all that I find Mr. Japanese Ronald a neat little accomplishment, even if he doesn't amount to much =D.

Happy Note: The Time i spent making this thing helped me familiarized/remind with some of "Gimp's" tools.
