I don' do too well with refs myself except for a chibi kind, but if you want a nice one I recommend Hellodingo on DA. I think her name on FA is sugarfeuled?

i think  alishka does a good job on ref sheets. she did mine and is very willing or wanting to work closely with the commissioner to make sure it's done right. mine was discounted from christmas time but with her current prices today would cost around $70 i think (because of all the head shots and stuff). you can get less, but i wanted a fully loaded one (like i think you're looking for). she's also good about doing her commissions too (like like spazzy koneko).
