Just came from Anthrocon, where I had a lot of fun, but learned that I pretty much know nobody 'in the fandom,' heh.

It sort of gave me motivation to try to be on this site more... I'm just plain not a fan of the user interface or the site layout here, so it's hard for me to want to use it. Still, I can't even count the times I was asked or heard someone else being asked "who are you on FA?" I guess this is the place to be to make friends before next year's AC, hehe.

Shout-out to Pensive and Spunky for being the two people I did know going into the con who were, of course, awesome! ...and to the bunches of other artists and people to whom I was introduced that I will be attempting to remember and track down on FA now... o.o
