Greyhound isnt' the fastest way to get places, usually. I personally won't be using them again, especially after the driver was loading a handicapped passenger, the seat they were trying to move got stuck, so he had the 'genious' idea to use the backside of an axe to try to get it to move... He wasn't even watching where he was swinging, and I was in the path of the blade should he pull back too far.

I have had SO many bad experiences with Greyhound. THe only plus is that once I bought my ticket, I didn't have to pay a cent for all the route changes I went through.

This is why I always take Amtrak. It's nice and cheap.

It's not the fastest thing in the world, but it's so comfortable that it doesn't matter.

This is why I only drive myself to any conventions I go to, though if I were able to make it this year, it would have been 13 hours of driving, and then add on time for refueling and rest stops.

Sorry to hear that what should have been a 6 hour trip, ended up taking 3 times as long. That really is a brutal way to end a vacation, though hopefully it gave you some new ideas to use in stories. :D

Yeah, Greyhound isn't the best to go with but sometimes is the only cheapest route to take. Sometimes you just have to suffer for it. ): My trip was only about 6-7 hours but still a pain in the ass. I've been on these buses for 3 days straight once... x.x

Next time, I'm taking the train or going by plane... Screw the buses. ):<
