If I had to choose, I'd go with the "ID card + smart card chip" mainly because I like the design better and it feels more like an authentic ID card. However I can also see value in the "ID card + moves" as it relays to others, at least as a reference tool, a small snapshot of the faculty members' move-set.

I'll go second with the ID Card With Smart Chip, simply because as Viper said. It looks more authentic. But either or is fine with me.

Definatly the ID card with the smart chip, on account that it seems more realistic especially if used in places like Academy's and military bases.

Definitely the smart-chip version, I think. Not only does it look more authentic, it avoids the inevitable confusion about how many moves faculty members actually get. (I was under the impression that faculty movesets were generally handwaved as "they have every move they need to have," anyway.)
