Okay the idea of bill s.978 is to stop copywrited material from being streamed, such as movies and TV shows, but this includes game footage too! The only way a person could actually put game footage on youtube stuff if this bill passes would be to DIRECTLY contact the company and get permission, which is neigh-on impossible.
So. if you're like me and pissed off at this idea, please read this and send an email using the form thingy to show your disapproval!
