Everything I hear about Chase and how they work has only been horrible. All I've ever heard from them is crap and they only care about money. And all the stories I've seen show how they don't care about people.

Other banks at least give a shit about image, chase doesn't. They're horrible in every aspect. They have horrible customer support. They let stuff like this happen all the time, and they don't care. That dude has been waiting AN ENTIRE YEAR and Chase hasn't done anything.
