1. Make sure your workspace is ergonomic. If it's uncomfortable, it's not ergonomic. Make it so.
2. Type with your forearms parallel to the floor. If they arent, make them so. If your desk/table is too high, find a new table and/or saw the legs off.
3. Install RSIbreak, and follow it! If you dont, your wrists will fall off.
4. Alternate hands/arms every couple sentences or 5 minutes.
5. Stretch regularly.
If you dont do this, you'll get random twinges of pain in your wrists, and you'll know that you have RSI. Once you have it, only rest can fix it.
