Debating...

So I'm debating...
Oh, and if you're reading this. Hi! I don't post much. Just felt inquisitive and felt relatively unbiased input would be good.
For those who don't know I'm a security guard for my job. For the next while my schedule will be shifted from 5:30am-6pm weekends, when No one is there to tell me I look exhausted, and evenings in the week, to all 5:30am-2pm Monday through Friday... When Everyone, including my boss, will be on site too see how tired I am when I'm up and working at an hour just after the sun has come up.
So the debating part: I have tomorrow off. Should I try and sleep Now... when I'm not tired and just get up early. Or, should I over caffinate myself, stay awake all night and all day tomorrow and crash early to sleep from like 8pm until 4am?

Take some Melatonin if you have some. If you don't have some, get some. I use it to help me sleep.
