Descisions on coloring my hair (need help)

That is not dead which can eternal lie....
I don'y know which one to do...should I dye my bangs red or should I do bride of frankenstein style highlights in that color? Keep in mind the rest of my hair will be a blue black color :3
And with strange aeons even death may die....
