Ok so I created an account over at bodybuilding.com but it's not looking like what I was expecting. So I'm probably just going to start using my facebook account for progress tracking. I just need a little time, which is cumming up in about a few days, and I'll be able to sit down and manage some of this stuff better.
I dont' want to flood watchers with my workout routines, as I'm sure alot don't really give a crap. For those that DO, I'll post a new journal when I have everything set up. I know FA isn't about fitness...... seriously, so I'll keep it to the art.
Seem to have generated a little interest, so I'll continue to post my workouts, I hope those interested post theirs as well, somewhere. I'll probably just use Facebook or start using my livejournal. Not sure I'll figure it out shortly.
So here's todays wrap. I was not a very good dietition today, as I tend not to be, so keep that in mind, even though I tend to eat whatever the hell I want, and as much of it as I like, I'm still showing progress, so I'm doing something right, at least for me.
This morning, I took:
1xFlax seed
1xOmega-3
1xTri-Flex
1x FiberChoice tablet
1x Horny Goat Weed
1x Staminol
1x Maca Man
2x Pink Magic
1x Arginmax
1/2x Apladan
1x Ultra Saw Palmeto formula
I had with a clove of raw garlic, a V8 low sodium and 2 bottles of water.
After this my group did light stretching, and then we ran uphill about 1.5miles (almost completely straight uphill, very few flats) got to the halfway point and turned around to finish.
Finished showering, shaving/etc and got into work, where I ate another full bowl of Fiber One Original with a cup of 2% milk.
At lunch time we had a going away luncheon for some coworkers who were going overseas or off to other jobs. So I ate what's called a Fiesta Nacho's which is supposed to be an appetizer, but a few of us eat it as a meal. It's got chicken, beef, beans, nahco's, guacamole, lettuce, queso, pico de gallo, tomato, sourcream and a sprite, I ordered extra beef/queso on mine. Course I nibbled on chips/salsa till the orders came out. We stopped off at Dairy Queen for some icecream :D I had a regular oreo blizzard (was good, didn't get the largest size they have).
I had my pills with lunch which today consisted of:

Finished up with 22 Close hand pushups, 12 Regular pushups, 10 Wide arm pushups, then biked for 16 minutes with fiarly high resistance.
I was going to do another set, but I really wasn't feeling it. I was going to have to drop weight on everything. I like the circuit based method I use, it keeps it interesting and not me sitting on machine waiting forever to do multiple sets. But the more I space events out, the harder it is to keep going. This was a pretty good test of endurance for me. I only got 4 full sets before I had to start dropping weight. I drank a 1/2 packet of GNC Pro Performance AMP Protein during the workout.
As I type this I'm downing another bottle of water, and my 1/2 scoop of Cellmass by BNS. I'm not anticipating eating again today.
Tomorrow will be my last workout day, as well as my last day using D4, I'll save what I have left (well over a bottle and ahalf) and cycle back to OxyElitePro while I'm out of town for 3 weeks. I'll take a weight ball and do mostly pushups, crunches and calisthenics. Though I'm told there might be a gym available at both locations, so I'll take my Cellmass, Jack3d, NO3 and other supplements just in case. But I'm planing on doubling my running hitting the sauna more regularly over this period. When I get back I'll start back out lighter weight, if I do get a long break with no lifting.
When this bottle of Pink Magic runs out, I'm switching to D6 for a 2 bottle run, then back to Pink Magic. Iv'e been told the D6 is more potent, but won't ever know unless I try.

I'm not at liberty to share pics yet. Soon though. I was going to set up an account to track it all, but nothing out there does what I'm looking to track. Everyone seems insanely focused only on size and poundage. I want to track the sculpting not numbers.

Damn dude! That's a LOT of stuff to eat for breakfest! I just eat cereal and drink a muscle milk shake and a banana and a vitamin pill (once in a while) i'm set

It's not even a handfull of pills. Less than some packs sold at health centers. ;p
