Guhhh, getting worried now (medical)
Been having trouble getting good sleep lately as for some reason I've been experiencing pretty bad dry mouth at night and during the day as well for the past week or so.
I haven't really changed anything in my diet/environment in that time so I have no idea if it's just something that will go away or a sign of something more severe... Read up on what could the the cause of it or what it's a symptom of and it seems the most common things are diabetes, Parkinson's disease, Sjögren's syndrom (mostly all women over 40 though).
I mean my grandma had diabetes but she ate like a truck of sugar each day and I hardly ever eat sugary foods or drink soda. I'm just worried as I'm a pretty healthy person who rarely gets sick, I exercise 5 days out of the week, etc and don't display any of the other symptoms for those diseases aside from the dry mouth. Maybe I'm just over reacting but I take my health very seriously. =/

What sort of vitamins/suppliments do you take?
I would suggest picking up a very simple, over-the-counter multivitamin. You might also do well to check you electrolyte levels. That can have some interesting effects on your biochemistry. I tend to avoid salt a great deal so I have to watch out for things like that. I cook with salt and such....but I almost never add it to food after cooking.
Try drinking a bit of Gatorade or some other, electrolyte-replenishing drink for a few nights. See if that helps.
The only time I get dry mouth is... well, when I do things that I know will cause dry mouth. >__> I hope that it's not something more serious, though... you should go to the doctor if it doesn't go away very soon.
I'll definitely see one if it persists through the weekend though.
Okay, that's good. :3
Gonna change some things and see how it goes over the weekend :3
Could be a combination of mouth breathing and the fan blowing on me, gonna leave it off tonight and see how it goes.
Might just go to the doctors anyhow as I haven't had a checkup in ages x.x
