I will never forget the first time I met you. It was a brisk fall evening and we had planned to meet up at the local hangout for a drink and some eats. I was running a tad late due to not being able to find a gas station close by on my route to you. But I finally made it and you were sitting there looking all cute and had a big smile on your face when I walked in the door.

It was an amazing night, we talked and laughed for hours. The food sucked but at least we had some good drinks and tons of cool stuff to talk about. I looked forward to seeing you again but sadly we were never able to cross paths again. I hope to one day see you again and hold you in my arms. You touched my heart that night and I will never forget it.

The London Blitz... World War 2...

As the sirens sounded, on a cold night, we were rushed into a cellar of some gentleman I've never met who smelled oddly of old waxy goat cheese... I saw you, huddled with your hands over your head as dust fell from the ceiling, bombs lighting up the sky, causing mini-earthquakes throughout Fleet Street, and I wondered... "where did she get that jumper?" I felt a huge pain, suddenly, at the back of my head, and all went black.

When I awoke, I found myself shackled and suspended by cold metal chains, nude, in front of a greasy tooth-missing Welshman, holding a large, rusty, bloody blade. You were next to me, and... well, you know what happened after that :) Oh, memories.
