What is the name of your fursona?

Where did the name of your Fursona come from?
It just popped into my head a few years ago, and I liked how it sounded. It wasn't until I heard some people pronounce it (DJ's in SL, mostly) that it occured to me that it was so close to Tyranny. I'm really not that tyrannical... Am I?
It's pronounced [Tai-rah-nee] - Kinda like Irony, but with a T in front.
Blame Second Life for the last name :)

What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?
Vulpes vulpes. Common fox. Well, vixen, obviously..
Why? Again, blame SL. When I came on I was furry'ish, but didn't have a real fursona. The default furry av was slightly vixen'esque, and I played that for about 2 weeks, so when I finally decided to spend the money to buy a proper avatar, I already felt like a vixen. It's who I am - through and through..

What color is your fursona and why? Hair/fur/eyes/etc
Hair: My headfur is darkish brown. Darker than most of my fur, but about the same tone as the fur on my lower arms and legs, and on my paws.
Fur: Tan brown.
Eyes: Emerald green.
Etc: Etc? I have no tattoos or other markings like that. My nose is pitch-black and the treads of my paws are grayish. I wear a single earring in my left ear at all times, I'm 4'10" and my weight and cupsize is none of your damn business ;)

What is your fursona's personality and how does this compare to your irl personality?
Well, I guess I differ a bit from most here, then - judging by that question. Apart from the obvious differences, I don't really play my fursona. It's me. So it compares quite a lot..
People tell me I'm kind, and caring. Someone even said motherly, whatever that's supposed to imply ;)
I usually know what I want from a given situation and how to get it. Obviously, I fail at it sometimes, but.. I'm strongwilled and steadfast on my opinions..

What is one item your fursona owns that is significant to you irl?
Uhm..
None of what I own in SL (which would qualify as "items my fursona owns") is really that significant to my RL. I own clothes both places, and I quite like that ? I really don't know..

How has your fursona changed over the years?
From being totally undeveloped (not even having a species) until I got on SL, and.. Well, when I first came on SL I had no idea what anything was about. I was promiscuous - - slutty, even. Carefree and just trying out life in the furry lane. Didn't take me many weeks to become more reserved, and today I don't ever display myself naked in public, and I limit my - hmm - physical affection to a select few.. Mostly to my mate..

Well, since March 2007, I would have to say. That's when I became a vixen. Before then, I just had a name I liked..

Would you like to be more like your fursona?
All I'm missing, really, is the body ;) - The soft, soft fur, the muzzle, the paws.. And yes, I want that! No fursuits for me, thank you very much, I want the real deal..
