They fixed that. It red ringed because of poor sauder (no idea how to spell it) connections and the heat would melt them. They use better sauder and now have a new processor that produces less heat.

true but i dont know the 360 just seems wrong to me especially after the kinect which reminds me of a little product that failed by Sony called the EYE toy

Dont knock it until you try it. I have a friend who uses it to do motion capture on his computer, for his animation projects, and it works flawlessly. Blind hatred against a top-selling product, better than anything sony made, is just dumb.

already got a 360 elite and a kinect though so it would be a waste of money for me =[

and they are just trying to promote the star wars game on kinect, which will not sell very well at all XD

I got 1 of the last Special Ed 360s Before the elite was relaunded as the Slim ,and its perfectily fine ( i got the FF13 250GB super elite pack ^^)
