I was think of posting profiles of my various characters here in the journal and because Lukey Wix needs a ref sheet he'll go first.

First things first I don't have paypal so it has to be moneygram, cashier's cheque/money order. (I've started using cashier's cheque's instead of money orders because they have no fees attached)

I'm looking for a sheet for a character I've had for a long time but only ever doodled and who deserves a good reference- the problem is he's kind of a pain in the ass design wise. He's a winged piebald moose. Yeah, you see the issue. Palmate antlers, wings, piebald markings all equal a tricky character.

Lukey is an Eastern Woodland Moose(Alces alces americanus).

With large antlers(as an anthro he does not shed them) with very distinct points on the shovel and on spike split into two tines before the shovel.

For ease of drawing him he has symetrical antlers. If you don't mind the extra detail- one antler has the first spike off the shovel broken off.

He has a dewlap and bell which are quite pronounced and big fleshy nose and he gives the impressions of a very moosey anthro. The ruff of his neck is pronounced and I've exagerated it bit in his character- it flows into his 'hair' and down around his shoulders.
Lukey lives in the 1940s and has a typical kind of 1940s ad guy hair cut.

With a pink end to his nose and slightly different colour around his eyes. His body is much more spotted though.
The base colour of his spots is like a regular moose- with darker on the back and lighter on the legs.

He has generic sort of hawks wings. They are solid white except where a spot overlaps on one wing at the base and on one wing one flight feather is a barred redish rust.

One hoof is pinkish beige as it is on a white spot and one hoof is normal dark. His hand hooves both have light coloured finger hoof tips.

I can give more info on him if someone is interested.

I usually like to pay around $25 for a commission but I know a char sheet is a big job. I probably couldn't go above $50 though. I would consider doing the sketch if someone would do the ink and colour.

So anyone have any quotes and examples they would like to give?
