How to move a pic to scaps?

i've posted a few pics to main gallery that i intended to move to scraps later - details, works-in-progress, etc - when i go to edit them the only option is "Remove" - dA lets you move pics to scraps with comments intact...does FA not have this option? i don't want to mess with folks who have faved a pic and posted comments,,,Does the "remove" option lead to further options such as "move to scraps" or is it an instant nuke button?

go to the submission you want to scrap
under the pic it says things like change thumbnail or info
click change info
under there upper left is a box for scraps - click it an save
i remembered it being there under change info, but was being blind as a bat as to where - looking for something other than that little click box... Haste, i guess...
Moved details, WIPs, etc to scaps - trying to streamline gallery as more pictures get posted.
