I been doin it, lost 12 lbs nigguh. less than 2 weeks. eat my dick. \o/

isnt that stuff potentially really bad for you cuz there is usually a lack of nutrients you take in and not only that, since you dont eat very much, when ur diet is over you tend to gain weight really quickly :o?

not really just need to know what to eat. lots of protein, no starches or carbs. no dairy. I've become an obnoxious calorie counter but its great. I feel -amazing- lots of ice water or tea. chicken,beef,fish nothing fried. only baked boiled or grilled. I'm losing 1-3lbs a day. I never realized how many calories I was taking in til i sat and looked up the count in everything i ate on a daily basis and i was taking in well over 3000 a day. it was horrible. normal intake should be 1200 a day for a 1-2lbs a week loss. but this is working so much better for me and it keeps me motivated to continue. i actually get excited to weigh myself every day.
