From me Bonus story in vol 2 gets 2 thumbs up ^^ I liked that a lot and really great work from R.Smith too for great bonus story.
I got both Vol 1. and Vol.2 from this year´s AC and I´m glad that I finally got them to read ^^

Hehe hopefully there will be more bonus stories or spinoffs from i.s.o characters in future ^^

I liked the bonus story. Nate was my favorite character in the comic so it was nice to see more of him in the story. Would be neat if there was some more iso stuff in the future, would pick it up in a heartbeat! :D

I found it quite entertaining and enjoyable. The pop culture references were very amusing, and there was a good deal of eye candy. The puns were a right tickle too, and I felt it did a great job of showing how buddy-buddy Cody has become with his peers. It was funny with Randall being all adorabley awkward as well. "No...I mean...those two play for the other team, but I..." *snerk* It was just hillarious!

To the story itself it made me chuckle more than once since all the references to recent games and movies (not quite sure if I got all those^^;), but when I first read it, it confused me because everything was more sci-fi than all the other chapters. Which was good for a change actually <3

TCM was one of the first furry webcomics I ever found, and is still one of my favorites even now, as is ISO. So yeah, if I were of the type to geek-squeal, meeting the creator of these comics would certainly be an event to merit it.

*face-palm* Logic-play puns are a family tradition for me, so I really should'a seen that coming; why didn't I?
No, I'm going to need some cargo pants to hold my camera stuff(the actual camera will of course be hanging from my wrist at all times ), but once I get the glider finished, I'll see about finding some of a similar color as my mask.

...It'll be my first, too, actually, so I'll probably be in the same boat; thankfully, I'm almost as good a navigator as the character I'll be dressed as, so provided I have ready access to a map, I shouldn't have too much trouble getting un-lost.

I had mentioned to you before that I was hoping to buy both books and I did indeed snap them up, hehe. I really loved the bonus story in volume 1. The story in volume 2 was a tad confusing at first, but it had some great moments and made me laugh out loud in a few places, hehe. Pretty much everything you could want out of a bonus story!

I loved it. I admit to being a bit confused myself at the start, particularly the bit with the key card--I couldn't figure out how they got it from the security guard until I realized they were at an away game and he worked for Forrest, and I wasn't clear at first why they needed it to get back in. But after that it all made sense, or as much a zany scifi/adventure/Looney-Tunes story can make. :P

Randall was a lot more fun and enjoyable to have around than I expected him to be (and not so bad at the eye candy either!), but the highlight of the issue had to be Nate--getting to see him so much in such a big role, but also his many one-liners, hilarious moments, naughty moments, and more. I have to agree with him so much about big beefy geeks. :D The ending was a delicious bit of revenge and a beautiful way to help the three guys get some well-earned happiness. I also loved the Chekov's Gun with Nate's search for a cheater and the mysterious hockey puck they found. It all tied together so well, the story was quite well plotted and structured.

Fave moments:

-Nate's horn, and Cody's commentary about it that got them thrown out
-"Wrong turn at Albuquerque" Looney Tunes FTW, and now Randall reminds me even more of Foghorn Leghorn
-Giant hair-dried fluffball Cody ROTFL
-The conversational troping "It's like we're in a bad 80's horror/porn flick"
-Randall slapping Cody's ass
-Randall using Nate as a hockey puck
-"Would you rather wait till he's gotten to second base?"
-The clothes-cutting lasers, Nate's reaction at the prospect, and his subsequent disappointment
-And of course, the final line. Which we all know could never come true thanks to the Frost family genes. (Odd though that Cody wasn't picturing the doctor as a shirtless hunk too. Guess he REALLY is fed up with that fluff!)

It was fun showcasing those two, though. Nate definitely needed more airtime, and Randall turned out to be more fun that I thought. R. Smith is quite big on plot intricacies, so yeah, it was cool how he tied it all out at the end.

I suppose in retrospect a hot doctor would be a true test of de-fluffing XD But with the hot chick and the hot Dev, I figured the best for Cody would be a neutral doc

No plans at the moment. Pretty worn out. *If* I ever do pick it up again, something tells me I'd focus more on other characters.

I honestly didn't go to AC this year due to my grandmother's condition before she passed away (that and other reasons). However, I hope to pick up a copy at FWA 2012 if I can find it. Otherwise, hopefully, I'll come to you at AC 2012. I'm totally liking your i.s.o. series. I find them very enlightening and entertaining, with so much teasing cuteness on each page.
