So, the dog we took in got fixed. That's the good news. The bad news is that we now believe that one of the female chi's is pregnant. We're really hoping she's just a porker and eating more food, but yeah that's not looking to be the case.

Wtf...just wtf. These people should not have allowed a male dog anywhere near this house knowing that this female chi was close to going into heat without him getting fixed first.
