LGBT Meme

I don't usually do memes, but I thought this was awesome
1.How long have you known you are part of the LGBT community?
Late Middle School/Early High School. Confirmed sexuality in college
2. Was it a struggle (emotionally) for you at the beginning?
No, not really. By the time that I started to gain certain feelings for people of the same sex, I understood what it meant, and my sex ed teachers told me that it was completely natural. I was a little concerned about what my conservative catholic parents would think, but if I were to have a female or transgendered life partner and they didn't accept me for it, then fuck them.
3. How did you start to discover your sexuality? (Example, thoughts, feelings…ex)
I had a huge crush on a female friend of mine, like the "I want to spend every waking moment with you, and I dream of you every night" kind of crush. That's when I thought that I had to be bisexual, because I also had those kinds of crushes for the male species. Later in high school I thought it was a one time deal, and so I convinced myself I was straight. But I later realized that if I have to convince myself that I was straight, than I really wasn't.
In college, my psychologist roommate helped me realized I wasn't actually bisexual, but had a sexuality outside of the "normal spectrum". I realized that I could only be attracted to someone that I had strong emotional feelings for, and I have the capacity to have these emotional feelings for any gender (it should also be noted that I can only have sexual desires for one person at a time). She told me that it is known as pansexuality.
4. What part of the LGBT community do you belong to? (Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, ex)
Questioning/Pansexual
5. How long have you been out of the closet, or if your not, do you plan to be at some point?
I came out to different people at different times, so its hard to pinpoint when I exited the proverbial closet.
6. Does your parents/parent know, or will they ever know?
No, and they don't need to know unless I start dating a female or transgendered person. I know it would break their hearts, and if I do marry and have kids with my boyfriend, than it would have been unnecessary.
7. Did they take it well, or do you predict that they will take it well?
No, I don't think they would, but I know that they love me and that they would accept me regardless, and if they didn't, well...fuck them.
8. Would you…
a. Hold hands with your same gender partner in public?
Yup! I already hold hands with my bestie xD
b. Kiss them in public?
Maybe, depends where I am
c. Introduce them as 'your girl/boyfriend' to family and friends that haven't met them?
Yes, its only fair to my partner and my parents
9. What 3 things ANGERS THE HELL outta you about people's terrible 'opinions' about the LGBT community or certain comments, acts, ex…
1. That it is a choice
2. That God wont accept me (did you know that it is also an abomination to eat shell fish?)
3. westboro baptist church ('nuff said)
10. Do you like/love someone right now of the same gender?
No, not right now.
11. If so, do they know?
n/a
12. Have you told someone about your sexuality and they took it badly?
No, everyone has been pretty accepting, but I have a suspicion that if I was dating a person who wasn't a dude than some people would have taken it worse.
13. Are you proud of whom you are?
Hell yeah! I'm the shit, mofo
