I'm trying to get my hands on a tablet PC for drawing purposes (like, -very- good for drawing and art if possible), but i know many are quite pricy, i was wondering if anyone here might know of a good, decently priced tablet around (professional opinions welcome!)

-edit- not limited to tablet PCs, but you know, those laptops where you can twist the top and use as a tablet (just wanna make sure were clear on that x.x)
