What an interesting tradition.

I think I got off easy, this year. One year, he used a FRIDGE BOX. Then it was marbles. then another box. then it was dirty underwear. then another box. bags, etc, I get down to a box the size of a ring container, with a note in it that says "ask me for your present" and it was behind his back the whole time >.>

he also did the same thing with a treasure hunt, lol... then again, I'm not one to talk, since I wrap their presents just as retardedly. It's funny at Christmas, seeing the deformed presents all lumped into one pile, and at birthdays, with everyone's nice, real presents, then you can always tell which ones are from the family members XD

Wow... I got a box from work to pack my sister's present, a toolbox, but the box was too small. I tried to cut it in half to make it bigger, but I felt like a heel putting it into a sliced box all patched up with tape, so I went through the attic and dug up something nicer.

Maybe I should've just wrapped the toolbox itself in duct tape. 'Tis an relevant presentation, after all.

Lol, yep! I'm sure you certainly wish now that you had improvised with tape *laughs* Presentation is only everything with food, or with lingerie >)

i once wrapped someone up a small ring in no less than 700m of wrapping paper to make it look bigger!!!!

mwuhehehe then wrapped it in over 1000m of cellophane..... and 300m of sellotape!!!!

Bwahahahaha!!! I did something like this to one of my cousins once!! I had his present (A playstation game he'd wanted FOREVER) in the bottom of a box filled with eggs... And I didn't put "Fragile" or "this end up" on it, being the evil genious I am. *pfft*

And as a little backround, my cousin TEARS through his wrapping paper and whatever protective container it may be in to get to the gift, so needless to say it was quite the entertainment it was suposed to be. (My aunt commented saying "Thank god for hardwood floors instead of carpet" XD)

Nah, since the game was unopened, it had a celophane wrapping put on by the manufacturer/packager, so I wasn't too worried... the stuff is hard as hell to get through!! XD

But, he said it worked fine, though he had promised to "beat me up" if it didn't work. XD

We do the Box inside the box inside the box and so forth

Until I received an email message after midnight (this morning), I had had no idea that today was Christmas; I had assumed that Christmas would come later... next week, or something like that.

Boxing day? No. In fact, I had to look it up on the Web! Apparently, not many Canadians actually celebrate Boxing Day, and most of those who do, live in Ontario. They go shopping....

Here in Québec, people call it, \"le lendemain de Noël,\" and they either go to work if they have to, or stay at home to sleep off the side-effects of Christmas Day.
