So, it looks as if, in the next few days, Irene will hit NC and VA. I may not be on for a while if it's track shifts any further west than hattaras, for i live in the hampton roads area, more specifically in poquoson(a peninsula) so i will be hit hard and likely not be online for a while due to power loss. it all depends on the track irene takes.....

Other than the impending hurricane, i am still alive and well. my parents and i are as prepared as we can be for this weather, so im pretty sure i will be around to write another journal when the internet gets back up. till then...... : - s
