I'm doing this because I'm fucked, and no-one ever seems to help. I've lowered my art/t-shirt/etc prices, and offered and offered and even begged people to commission me. It got me nothing. But if your need is anywhere near as great as mine, this almost unbelievably generous person might help you out.
