For all you chicken lovers!
Basic Pack of Creamy or normal Chicken Ramen
The seasoning it comes with
Lemon Pepper
and Spike (available at HEB) (substitute All Spice if not available)
Get the water boiling before adding the noodles.
Add in all the spices before the noodles
THEN add the noodles!
If you like the juice, let it boil till the noodles are tender
OR
Do it my way :D
Let the juice boil till there's barely any left.
This makes the seasonings seep into the noodles and give them a lovwely flavor <3

Though, I've discovered bbq seasoning works wonderfully
problem is with most dry spices is they end up on the bottom of the bowl
and make it strong when you drink the broth afterwards =o
I try to use light powders and such
then put the noodles in, as they get tender enough to stir from the brick, add in an egg
Both yolk and white, letting it cook till firm
as you cook it break it up into pieces with the fork
once the noodles and egg are cooked to desire, add seasoning and serve =D
the egg and garlic compliment the shrimp seasoning nicely in my opinion
this is something Sila showed me
but she likes it when there is barely any broth left x3
1 Packet of Top Ramen Beef Ramen with seasoning packet
1/4 cup left over peas
1/4 cup left over corn
1/4 cup left over sauteed mushrooms
1/4 cup left over TACO MEAT!
1)Boil the water and add the seasoning packet, then add the noodles.
2)Cook until the block of noodles can be broken apart with your fork (Usually 1-2 minutes)
3)Add veggies and taco meat, stirring them in. Increase the cook time by a minute or too because the cold left overs will drop the temperature of the broth considerably below the boiling point.
4) Cook until noodles are tender and veggies and meat are hot. Cook 1-2 minutes longer if you want the noodles to have more of a 'sauce' than a broth.
The veggies help bulk up the ramen, the sauteed mushrooms enhance the flavor and add a little fat to it. But the Taco meat is wonderful. The spices in the taco meat dilute in the broth, but are still noticeable, but they also thicken it up and give it a nice red color. Not to mention, all those veggies and meat double the size of the resulting meal
