VCL Gallery is gone. Moving on.
In freelance news, three event posters are in the que (repeat clients I enjoy, so they get priority). Two more art gallery events will reveal how many other similar responsibilities I will have. The last of these events is not until mid-October. I have no idea if there will be more art events -- I believe the Winter season will kill that kind of thing here.
Until I have these matters comfortably under control, I will not be able to take on commissions at FA.
But let me bounce some prices to get reactions:
badge: $30
full figure: $60
'complex' full figure: $100
two figures: $120
...anything else will need to be discussed.
Nudity and/or sexual themes are at my discretion. If you want wank material, you'd do better to commission someone else -- there are many artists far better at such subject matter than myself. I'm not opposed to violent themes, but I draw the line at "fetishizing" it. All commissions requests will be taken seriously, and if I reject the request, I will give a an explanation that will hopefully satisfy (because I will not argue it further than that).
...if you are feeling lucky, simply leave your character in my hands to make whatever subject matter I wish. I might consider a price reduction if you choose that option.

Will badges be real media, or your standard digital coloring? Laminated by you, or will you just give the file to the commissioner for them to print/laminate as they will?
In the "stuff you'll have to consider", department, will you do fanart? Derivative characters (ie: someone's personal Pokemon)? And the ever popular "Will you do (insert bizarre sexual fetish here)". I'm sure you'll get plenty more questions when you officially start to take orders, but there's a few for you to consider in advance.
The art will always be digitally colored. Though, the inks are real media, so those portions of any illustration can be mailed along with the final product.
I do have the ability to laminate the badges; possibly secure them with clips.
No to the fan-art. Copyright material has some fair use loopholes, but the instant I take a profit from that creative property, I'm crossing the line.
There are example of quick illustration badges I've done at cons, but I find them... lacking.
I will post my commission examples last as I fill up this gallery with my old stuff.
I'd probably still be willing to pay $30 for a regular badge. I could be your first example. I love your work!
I know you said you aren't taking commissions on FA but if you are through DA I could discuss it with you there. I watched you both places.
