Now many words are there to describe anger?

I cant even begin to fully convey how PISSED I am at the moment. LIVID dosnt come close to expressing the rage i need to unleash!
Your probably thinking (what the fuck set the mutt off this time?) Well.. simply pup. I lost a VERY VERY VERY good piece of art i was working on.
Tao and I were in an open canvas session and it cut out on us. That happens, so as upsetting as that was, i wasn't all that devastated. Well i continued to work on it and made some REALY nice progress with the part i had been drawing. For once, i felt my lines and proportions matched up.
WEll. I had to leave to go to an art show. so i got ready and let my computer (running XP) slip into its screen saver so not to burn out my monitor... I get back and click my keyboard to start up again, and noticed that the two programs i had running (OC and Yahoo) had been closed!
WTF IS THIS SHIT!!!
This is why i hate Microsoft!.. when my MAC starts its screen saver it doset close applications!..
So now i lost my art. i was actually feeling GOOOD about this one! and of course since i as running XP, theirs no copy of it anywhere.. least when my mac looses power or somethings happens a copy is saved automatically.
Srly, i could kill right now. very few things I do turn out well enough tot he point i look at it an say (OMG this isn't half bad!) This was one of them!..

Too bad OC doesnt work in Mac, otherwise i'd delete my windows partition >.>

the problem is. when im in XP mode. the computer IS nothting more than a windtell box.. and i ntoice stupid flaws like this all the time... i wouldnever use xp if i didnt want to OC :(
Does Tao still have the other part at least? So you could maybe rebuild it?
If a program craps out on me while I'm doing an awesome drawing, I do a better one next time. If I start a drawing and then lose the paper I'm drawing it on. I get another sheet and kick even more ass then I was before.
Don't ever let your anger toward something make you give up. Trust me, if a lot of artist gave up because of how angry they got because something was hard, or a program went out on them or they just can't seem to figure something out at the time.. we would most certainly not have the fine art and also fine porn that we have today.
Heh, like my great friend Skedjer keeps saying too me: "Sometimes if your not ape-shit while your drawing, most-likely your not doing it right."

Oh well, lesson learned, never trust Micro$oft.
In this case I'm wondering if you have the automatic updates turned on in windows, and it updated while you were away and automaticly restarded itself to finish the update. I've had that happen a few times, run outside to do a chore, come in, and damn. Everything's closed.
Anyways, have a happy 2008, apparently it's supposed to be better than 2007! *laughs*
