Furry Species Choosing.

Ever notice how many Predators there are in the furry community?
To me choosing your species should be a more in depth process than simply "Hey wolves are cool right? Then im a wolf!" I personally never thought of myself as an otter in my younger years of furrydom. In fact i thought of myself as a fox. (Steriotypical right?)
Now im not saying that EVERY predator is a "Poser" but lets face it most furry "Posers" take species like Wolves, Cougars, Jaguars, Bears, And Fox's.
And just to add insult to injury the often think there needs to be seperation between spiecies.
Is anyone else offended by these things or am i just being overly sensitive to one of the few things i take ALOT of pride in?
