My stomach must have shrunk, and I can hardly eat anything
it feels like I ate a rock, no matter what i eat
I've been losing weight and my appetite

I'd stick to pasted foods and such for a while... if it doesn't pass in a few days I'd see a doctor... That's odd. Maybe you have some buildup or something...
Regardless I hope it passes soon...
