As far as I am aware it's starting to slowdown on te rising. now the levee system is protecting up to at least 41-43 feet. But for right now we are hopeing and praying that the levee system does not break and holds the river in.

The levee only holds up to 41 feet. It's projected to hit 40.8'. So far every crest projection has been off. GET OUT OF THERE
