For my silly growth idea, how about something out of Leprechaun 3, except the two girls are enjoying the growth, much to the consternation of the leprechaun.

How about a couple come across a mysterious new stall in the market offering free "chocolates" as a part of it's opening.
The girl's gives her some BE while her Bf's shrinks him down to doll size. She has no pockets so guess where he gets to ride home...

I actually got this idea from your recent image that you posted. What if there's an online team deathmatch (or something similar) going on and two players are the main focus, one being a girl, other being a guy. Turns out the game is still a bit glitchy as they beta test it and every time they take a shot, for unknown reasons they both start to grow in the chest, belly, private regions, etc?
