Right inner ear bothering me so much. :'(

For almost a week now my right inner ear has been bothering me to the point that it's difficult to listen through and feels clogged up at times. Not sure if it's an infection or my sinuses all screwed up or swimmer's ear. Going to go either to Dean Urgent Care (if it's still open) or the emergency room at St. Mary's Hospital. I honestly...can't take this pain anymore. :'(
