About MFF - I still can't sleep.

I can't sleep right now..... (combination of the pain/swelling on my bottom right cheek/jaw when I had dental procedure done two weeks ago, the headaches I have related to it and concerns about my department at MFF)
My concerns and worries at this moment. I'm worried about us (the Volunteers department) getting enough time for gophers to signup as gophers for this convention. To learn the new Volunteer RAMS system that was created for me, show it to my three assistants and three senior staff. It is not the only concern I have at this moment, What does my department do if I can't get a hold of the Director or Assistant/2nd/3rd in a particular department ? I know I'm not a Chairperson, Board person or Lead with the amount of experience that many of them have. Just trying my best not to leave any departments without any support in the form of gophers/volunteers. I greatly feel like a burden to the whole MFF convention with the amount of physical (stomach/neck/back/effects of LBP/two dental procedures and now complications from them), emotional (the mourning of Quasi and Takaza passing, 1st anniversary of my Uncle Joe's passing, 10th anniversary of Titi Nadine's passing, 8th anniversary of Great Titi Rosa's passing, other family members/family friends/friends anniversary of there death, what happened in my hometown of New York this year (the terrorist attacks), in Houston/Florida (Hurricane Irma and Maria) and Puerto Rico (Hurricanes Irma and Maria) not doing my part fully/effectively.
