so my legs keep randomly twitching, not a normal twitch i mean like a muzzle spasm jerk, & if i don't bounce them they feel like jello & are tingling. last night they were going numb/jelly feeling in the car while we were driving around. anyone medical savvy & know why they've been doing this?
