Internet Explorer: SImply pressing CTRL+F5 will force the browser to get a whole new page, usually clearing that page's cache in the process.
Chrome: Wrench > Options > Under the Hood > Clear Browsing Data > Empty the Cache
Firefox: Tools >Advanced > Network > Offline Storage > Clear Now
