Day 5 of Exercise/diet

Exercised again today nearly 2 hours, had a set back the last 2 days, 1 day it was pouring the other... both my sister and brother's kids were over so no exercise for those two days. Been starving myself only eating once a day and nibbing, only had 2 sodas in 10-11 days and few sweets. Its killing me XD, not addicted to smoking, drinking or drugs but I am addicted to food, soda, sweets (and the comptuer)...taking a lot of will power! I have to say I've been feeling a little better since I've been drinking more water and I don't have to pee every hour now...I can only imagine my kidneys are thanking me by now. Far as depression I've had an hour here and there feeling down but nothing big.
With lack of exercise those 2 days I haven't lost much, I'm around 211-212 now.
Oh and I have started working on art again, I'm going to have an announcement about that later.

While you should probably cut down on sweets you shouldn't cut them out all at once. Your body will rebel and you will crave them worse.
