Nope, I bought it.
Just inked a pictures, closed it when I was done, and then tried to open it again today and thats what it said. It didnt say anything when I saved it. =_=;

did you make sure it saved?
also did you save it in a place that might have moved?
like say you saved it on the desktop and then put it into a folder then try to open recent?

mine trows a fit if I move the files

I also notice it happens on some .png and .jpeg files
it'll just be an ass and not want to open so I have to screen cap the pic and save it under another name.
