ALL of our scorpions can, and if they do so desire, WILL sting people. None of their stingers have been removed and I would REFUSE to buy one from any petstore that had done such a horrid thing. I can understand them losing it naturally somehow via other scorpions or what have you. Yes, they can remove them, but it is cruel and there is no way to do it without harming the scorpion. =/
"AHHH.. bad scorpion.. bad.. no midnight snack for you"
then run to get antiseptic & bandaids.
