I like my Antec case; it's desgined to make installing and removing components easier.

Check the one I picked at the bottom. Simple yet effective. I've built several 900s and 1200s at work and wasn't too impressed. Nice case but a pain to wire

It's nice, but a bit too much plastic for my tastes.. It seems like all the gaming cases have taken off on the whole "LOTS OF PLASTIC AND UNNEEDED COVERS" trends

i build my own what is basically super computer back in 07 and with few upgrades since then it still runs better than event he highest tech desktops today. i used a high tower...id take and post a picture but im actually doing this post in a rush, so here is a pic of it from the site.

unfortunately, i couldn't find the original site...but here is the case anyways. its a high tower, i highly recommend it...although i should probably say it is somewhat loud with all the fans, but you can make it quieter...i however made it much much louder and it sounds like a jet engine when you turn it on now...if you add the kind of powerful fans i did, make sure you get a very powerful powersupply.

My current one is loud (( runs twin Vantec tornado's)) one 80 (cpu) one 92 (exhaust). Gonna build with amd's new procs when they drop later this year. Looking at a 850 or 950 Watt corsair PSU Built that one in late 05 early 06. Looking at the possibility of twin ati/amd graphics in crossfire. May also get a dedicated raid card and do a 3 rive raid3 or 5 setup

as advanced as i know my computer to be, i know im so far behind in the computer hardware world ;-; im still living in the world where ati was the shit. i guess thats why im selling my computer too X3

to be honest I'd take them over nvidia any day.. better quality hardware. Working at a computer shop has it's advantages.. I get to see failure rates of stuff empirically. Our failure rate in shop for nvidia is almost twice what ati's is Even more shocking is the fact intel has had (in our experiance a MUCH higher failure rate like 50 to 1 over amd. I have several shoe boxes in shop full of dead intel procs. I can count on one hand dead amd's we've had.. excessive overclocking and lightning strikes included.

also WILL NEVER buy any of the current western digital series (green, blue or black) we've had a ridiculous failure rate with those (close to 33% in first 6 months)

yep i had to replace my old nvidia, cause it died, with a Radeon 6970 2Gb. but to be honest i see no more difference than my old nvidia than better frame rate and overall smoother Graphics...to bad im not a gamer anymore though. kind of a waste of money now.
