I purchased a painting at Rainfurrest, for those who were curious to know if I got it or are otherwise interested.

The painting is called "Spirit Rider" and was done by Turbine Divinity. The post on his page about it can be found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5874469/

The painting is currently at a fine arts framing place being given a wonderful frame that cost more than I paid for the painting - evidence both of how undervalued paintings are, and how much I treasure this piece. I get it back in about two weeks (I'm SOOOOO anxious) and when I do, I'll set up my photography studio and take pictures of it where it will be hanging on my living room wall above my commercial sewing machine and serger. I plan to buy a light for it as well.

It is also my intent to bring it with me when I drive my motorhome to conventions. This is something that should be shared, and is best appreciated in person, rather than by photograph. However, given that I have a 14bit color depth camera, I'll be posting a fairly decent representation of it (with copyright information of course).

Anyway, back to being stoked about getting that piece!
